Jet Blue Airlines Expands Portland, Oregon Flights

(Portland, Oregon) – Jet Blue Airlines recently announced plans of expanding its service at PDX in Portland, Oregon, adding new nonstop service to Anchorage, Alaska for the upcoming summer season.
Look for the new routes to begin on June 18 and going until September 8, 2015. This makes the fourth nonstop destination from Portland for Jet Blue, which already has such flights to Boston, New York's JFK and Long Beach, California.
Also from Anchorage, JetBlue offers nonstop summer seasonal service to Long Beach and Seattle.
"Following the success with our seasonal service from Anchorage to Los Angeles' Long Beach and Seattle, we are excited to expand in the Pacific Northwest with this new Portland-Anchorage service, offering customers more access to JetBlue's great fare and award-winning experience, including the most legroom in coach," said Scott Laurence, Senior Vice President, Airline Planning.
To celebrate the new routes, JetBlue is offering introductory one-way fares from $99 one way travel between June 18 and September 8, 2015. Blackout dates are June 30 - July 6 and August 23 - September 4. All introductory fare tickets much be purchased by January 13, 2015.
The schedule will be leaving Portland at 8:49 p.m. and arriving at 11:29 p.m., as well as a 11:59 p.m. flight that lands in Anchorage at 4:35 a.m. JetBlue.com
