Meeting Packages on Sale at Hawaii Hotel

(Honolulu, Hawaii) - Business meets pleasure at Outrigger Reef on the Beach and Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach, with their new hotel conference packages designed for corporate meetings and social occasions. Now through December 21, 2010, patrons can enjoy modern conference facilities at a beachfront venue, plus breakfast and lunch service for just $50 per person, inclusive of the meeting rental, tax and service fees.
“Outrigger’s new flat-rate conference packages make it easy for meeting planners to impress their guests while staying within a reasonable budget,” said Patsy Narimatsu, director of sales and marketing for Outrigger Reef on the Beach. “With over 10,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor function space at the two beachfront properties, we have both the capacity and skilled staff to ensure that every event meets the specific needs of each client.”
Outrigger Reef on the Beach
For a flat fee of $50 per person, the conference package at Outrigger Reef on the Beach includes a continental breakfast, a lunch buffet, and two refreshment breaks. The breakfast includes an assortment of delicious pastries, alongside a choice of chilled juices, freshly brewed Kona coffee and an assortment of teas. The deli lunch buffet allows guests to create a custom sandwich with their choice of honey-glazed ham, roast beef or smoked turkey breast with Swiss or cheddar cheese on assorted breads and rolls. Salads include fresh tossed greens, Italian pasta salad and fresh fruits. Dessert includes a selection of cookies and brownies.

Oceanfront Voyager Conference Room: The new Voyager Conference Room comfortably seats 20 people and holds up to 60 people in banquet format. Combining the Voyager Conference Room with the outdoor Voyager Deck offers more than 6,000 square feet of prime oceanfront space to host an unforgettable event. The conference room is equipped with built-in 50-inch, LCD flat-screen televisions and has complimentary high-speed Internet access.
Diamond Head Terrace Meeting Rooms: The revitalized Diamond Head Terrace meeting rooms can accommodate anywhere from 30 to 200 people. The 2,520 square feet space can be one large ballroom or divided into two to four separate function spaces. The rooms are all refreshed with wall-to-wall carpets, as well as wall coverings and offer complimentary high-speed Internet access.
Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach
The conference package at Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach is also a flat fee of $50 per person and includes a continental breakfast plus a lunch buffet at famous Duke’s Waikiki restaurant. The breakfast consists of an assortment of delicious pastries, alongside a choice of chilled juices, freshly brewed Kona coffee and an assortment of teas. The oceanfront lunch buffet at Duke’s Waikiki includes a full salad bar, made-to-order Caesar salad station and seasonal assortment of fresh fruits. Main dish selections include grilled mahimahi fish and teriyaki chicken-breast, as well as local favorite, Kalua pork and cabbage.
Meeting venues at Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach include:
Kalakaua Room: Outrigger Waikiki's Kalakaua meeting room has 740 square feet of space and is ideal for conferences of less than 60 guests. Conveniently located on the upper lobby level, the room has abundant natural light with views overlooking world-famous International Marketplace and Kalakaua Avenue. Complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access is available for meeting guests.
Leahi Rooms: The Leahi Room is the largest meeting space at Outrigger Waikiki, housing a total of 1,350 square feet. Because the room neatly divides into two similarly-sized breakout rooms, this function area can comfortably accommodate anywhere from 24 to 100 guests. The room also offers complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access.
Conference guests can enjoy room rates at Outrigger Waikiki starting at $159 per night and $169 at Outrigger Reef. Outrigger’s beachfront Conference Packages are available from March 1, 2010 to December 21, 2010 and cannot be combined with other offers.
