Upscale Portland, Oregon Hotel Gets Massive Makeover

(Portland, Oregon) – Earlier this week, one major Portland, Oregon hotel announced an extensive renovation was finished and it would soon hold a gargantuan party to celebrate. The Courtyard Portland Downtown Convention Center Hotel has completed a multimillion-dollar reworking of the key hospitality venue, a hotel owned and operated by the CSM Corporation, based out of Minneapolis, MN.
The property-wide upgrades feature a complete revamp of all 202 guestrooms with bright, modern designs and new amenities. Work on the renovation began in December 2017 as part of a broader effort by CSM to expand its presence in the Portland marketplace.
To celebrate the changes and new features, the Courtyard Portland Downtown hotel will hold a Grand Re-Opening event on June 12, in conjunction with the hotel’s 19th birthday. More information about public and VIP event activities will be provided in the coming weeks. The hotel is located at 435 NE Wasco St. in Portland, Oregon.

The mostly cosmetic redo incorporated sleek textiles and modern décor to create bright, contemporary and comfortable spaces for hotel guests. Rooms now feature all new soft seating, desks, dressers, carpet and wallcoverings, along with premium tile, vanity and glass-enclosed showers.
